Apple Notarization

This app is not notarized by Apple (notarization requires Apple Developer Program enrollment), so macOS Gatekeeper will block it when downloaded from the internet. This affects all Macs. Please follow the installation instructions to bypass Gatekeeper, or build from source for the most reliable experience.

Future Compatibility

This app uses the macOS CGEventTap and IOHIDManager APIs. If macOS security policies change significantly, these APIs could be affected.

Privacy

This app does not record or transmit your keystrokes. Keyboard event monitoring is used solely to detect key types (Command / CapsLock). The full source code is available on GitHub.
